Night; Clear skys for the entire night, dangerously cold, with calm winds, low tempuratures reaching 9-13F or colder in the middle of the night, if your skin was not properly covered, you could get frost bite in a very short time of being outside. Stargazeing was the best I have ever seen in a long time, seeing conditions and transperancy was excellent, but too cold to bring out the telescope, it was so cold that it could damage the telescope, because of high humidty ice could freeze the mirror and electronic equipment within minutes damageing the telescope and even the lens, the best thing to do was to stay inside and make a fire and stay warm.	Yes, severe cold, in the day, the high temperature was only 32F to 33F or colder with clear skys, but with wind chills in the upper teens to the lower 20s to even the mid teens at times, at sunset the temperature fell rapidly to a bone chilling 20F with calm winds, but with wind chills still in the upper teens, by 10:00 PM the tempurature was 18F with clear skys, by later in the night the temperature fell to 9-13F or colder with clear skys, ice froze on everything it could get its hands on, windows, car doors where frozen, wood, entire cars had a layer of ice all over them, grass, roofs, glass tables, ponds where frozen solid, everything outside froze solid, if you where to pour a bucket of water on the cemet it would freeze solid within 5 minutes if that.
